Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BuyBoxnBag ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and BuyBoxnBag governing your access to and use of buyboxnbag.com (the "Site") and the products sold through it.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order on the Site. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, materials and pricing. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to printing, packaging batches or screen display settings.

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the product page.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time without prior notice.
• Our packaging products (boxes, mailers, tapes, protective materials) are intended for commercial, industrial and institutional packaging use, and are not sold as retail consumer end-products unless specified.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation email/SMS does not by itself guarantee acceptance until dispatch is confirmed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, cards and net-banking. We do not store your complete card or banking credentials on our servers.

Bulk & Customised Orders

Bulk orders, custom-branded packaging and made-to-order specifications may require a separate quotation, advance payment, and an agreed production and dispatch timeline. Once artwork or specifications are approved by you, changes may not be possible without additional cost or delay.

Minor variances in print colour, box dimensions or material thickness within standard industry tolerance are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched through our courier and logistics partners across India. Delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays or force majeure events.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions set out in our Cancellation Policy, Returns & Refunds page and Refund Policy. Custom-printed or made-to-order packaging is generally non-cancellable once production has commenced.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the BuyBoxnBag name, logo, product images, graphics, text and design — is owned by or licensed to BuyBoxnBag and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Any artwork, logo or branding files you upload for custom packaging remain your property; by submitting them, you confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us a limited licence to reproduce them solely for producing your order.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload artwork, content or branding that is unlawful, infringing, obscene or fraudulent.
• Interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyBoxnBag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including loss of business, profits or goods in transit beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BuyBoxnBag, its team and partners harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights through content you submit to us.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways or courier tracking pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
